About Natalie

My yoga journey began in 2014 with the arrival of parenthood, when I discovered that I had a body. What started as a quest for handstands evolved into a deeper exploration of self-love and awareness. After several years of practice, I realized that yoga is a continuous journey of self-discovery.

As a guide, I strive to bring compassion, patience, curiosity, and focus into my classes. I aim to help my students uncover their own layers of growth and understanding, creating a supportive environment for everyone to explore their unique paths.

After several years of teaching in local San Francisco studios, I embarked on the exciting responsibility of opening a yoga studio. Soluna Yoga and Wellness in the heart of Glen Park is a warm and welcoming space where we offer various types of movement, meditation, community events, reiki and hopefully a feeling of belonging for all who walk through the door. It is my goal to have an offering for all ages and abilities so that the words may this practice be of benefit aren’t just words.

I offer public classes, small groups, 1:1 yoga and meditation sessions and many workshops. My next self compassion circle starts in September of 2026. Please inquire for more information.
